First off most of what I write are my beliefs or notions. Unlike laws, my beliefs are open to deliberation. If you disagree feel free to refute.
⁃ Our bodies are vehicles for getting things done. That said the healthier you are the better the chances to accomplish your goals.
⁃ Many ask me how I maintain my body given my circumstances, by and large I use my wheelchair to access outdoors.
⁃1) I try to use my crutches, as much as possible 2) I don’t live to eat, I eat to live 3) I use my body weight to do the exercises that are within my ability and capability. 4) I make sure that I sleep for at least 6 hours 5) I drink a lot of water.
⁃ I hardly spend a dime to stay fit, no price to maintain my priceless body. However I would be lying if I say I never joined a gym. Admittedly, I was once a gym rat- spending a lot of time there working out, swimming lessons, steaming in the sauna, and lounging. Yet Richard Branson was laughing all the way to the bank at the expense of man like me. Thankfully I got busy in my life and I made a conscious decision to stop going to the gym.
⁃ In conclusion, Biblically apostle Paul asked that “or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? try and treat your body with maximum respect.
⁃ A healthy body is key in life and remember that life ain’t a sprint it’s a marathon. Do not abuse or over use your body in this day and age where life is subject to a rat race. Remember to occasionally rest and enjoy a good meal. Otherwise you will burn out or run out of fuel.
